2. Record all blood glucose test results on paper.
Start Date: March 11, 2008
I had a bad day seizure wise, and because of this I tested my sugars a few times. I got a new notebook and am using it just to write my results down. So far, so good.

Writing all of them down doesn't mean as they happen. That'd be the ideal, but since my meter records all results I can go back and do it when I feel like it. I did that today and filled a page in my notebook that I can take to my doctor next time.

I'm marking this as completed since I've been very good about doing this. I usually do it once every few weeks or so and always before a doctor's appointment. I still don't test as often as recommended but I've increased the frequency as much as financially possible and it's been good. Obviously I'm still not a health freak but it's nice to be making a good effort.
